Absolutely! In addition to in-person sessions, I offer coaching sessions via phone or Zoom.

Do you take insurance?

Life Coaching is not medical treatment, therefore there is no insurance coverage for this service. Coaching is a financial investment and time commitment however, knowing that you and your daughter have the tools needed to maneuver the tough years is priceless.
